Dragonic Exclusive Gear - How Does Resistance Actually Work?
Dragonic’s Exclusive Gear just released on Server 265, and I’m curious what players on older servers have observed with his Resistance mechanic at higher/max EG levels.
At Lv. 30, Precise Protection increases each Resistance stack to 15% damage reduction, with the tooltip stating a maximum reduction of 100%. Between Thunder Breath & Overload, it seems theoretically possible for a hero to accumulate enough stacks to reach that 100% cap.
For anyone who has tested him extensively:
• How realistic is it for a hero to actually reach 100% Resistance during a battle?
• More importantly, what exactly causes the Resistance stacks to reset/consume? The tooltip specifically says, ”When taking auto attack damage, consumes all Resistance stacks.” Does that mean only an auto attack consumes them, while damage from an ultimate/basic attack leaves the stacks intact?
• Have you actually observed a hero reaching 100% damage reduction, and if so, does it effectively make them immune to damage until an auto attack consumes the stacks?
Would especially appreciate observations from anyone who has been running Dragonic exclusive gear.
